NEW CUSTOMERS
REQUIREMENTS TO BOOK
- All dogs must pass a temperament test to participate in daycare or boarding programs, at a cost of $25
- All dogs must have proof of rabies, distemper, and kennel cough vaccines
- Dogs over 8 months must be spayed or neutered
- Dogs must come to daycare at least twice after the temperament test before they can board
- Once approved, your dog must attend daycare at least once every 6 months to stay active in our system

Facility POLICIES
ELIGIBILITY

While your dog may pass the temperament test, this is not a guarantee that daycare will always be the right solution for your dog. In some circumstances, a dog may become ineligible if the staff is concerned for the safety of your dog, our staff or other dogs at daycare.

Please monitor your dog for any changes in behavior as they become more comfortable in the daycare environment.

Monitor your dog for signs of over-stimulation or excessive fatigue, which may indicate your dog needs a break from daycare. This is especially important as your dog ages.
- Our staff will communicate any concerns and discuss solutions with the goal of creating a happy and safe environment for all dogs at Pups at Play.
DOGS PRESENTING AS SICK

If your dog is sick, please keep them home.

If a dog presents with symptoms of coughing, sneezing, hacking, or other illness, they will be quarantined and sent home.
